Terms of service.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows forfeit the session.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for parties of four or more. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of services.

Gratuity

A minimum 20% gratuity is standard for all services. This is not included in the listed service prices.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly. Benefits reset on the first of each calendar month. Unused benefits do not roll over to the following month. Memberships are non-transferable. You may cancel at any time; your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Amount-based gift cards do not expire. Service-specific gift cards are single-use and valid for the named service only.

Health and safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment. Sage Foot & Body is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Medical disclaimer

Our services — including massage, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal treatments — are offered for relaxation and general wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment, and nothing we provide should be understood as a medical claim or a promise of any specific outcome.

If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please consult your physician before booking, and share any relevant details with us so we can care for you safely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our services will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
